This is a very simple and delicious recipe! I absolutely love this one! It taste sweet and there is no sugar. Plus there are so many health benefits. For instance, cinnamon has anti-inflammatory, anti-carcinogenic, antifungal and antibacterial properties, and it helps balance insulin levels. Try this tea out, you can have it either hot or cold! Enjoy!
5 Cinnamon Sticks (about 3″ long)
48 oz of water
Put water and cinnamon sticks in a pot, bring it to a boil. Then bring down to a simmer and put a lid on it, but slightly opened for 15 minutes. After it’s ready to drink or you can wait for it to cool and transfer to a container and save for later.
You can tailor the tea to your liking by adding cloves and/or cardamon or another yummy spice!
