Pumpkin Spice for Breakfast!

Pumpkin spice is one of my favorite spices to use. It’s usually a combination of cinnamon, all spice, cloves, ginger and nutmeg. All these spices are good for you and versatile to use, it’s not just for desserts! Here is a great breakfast smoothie using pumpkin spice! Trade that pumpkin spice latte for this smoothie!

Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Smoothie

1 – 15oz can of pumpkin puree

1 1/2 cup – milk (either dairy or non)

1/4 cup – maple syrup

2 tsp – pumpkin spice

1 tsp – freshly grated ginger

2 tsp – pure vanilla extract

3 cups – ice

1Tbsp – instant espresso powder (optional)

Put all ingredients into your blender & blend on high until smooth. Enjoy!
